What time can we check in and when do we need to check out?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the hotel. On the day of departure, you have until 11:00 AM to check out.
Is it possible to check in before 3:00 PM?
If your room is ready, you may check in before 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. If you book an early check-in for €25 per room (subject to availability), we will ensure your room is ready from 1:00 PM.
Can we park at the hotel and what are the costs?
We have a spacious parking area in front of the hotel, and parking is free of charge.
Can I charge my car at the hotel?
Yes, you can charge your electric vehicle at one of the available charging stations in our parking lot. Near Zaal Zeven, there are 12 Tesla Superchargers available. Thanks to the Tesla app, these chargers are suitable not only for Teslas but also for other electric cars.
Can we rent bicycles from you?
Yes, you can. We rent out regular bicycles for €12.50 per day and electric bicycles for €25 per day. If you prefer to bring your own bike, you can store and charge it in our covered bicycle shed.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, our entire hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi. No password is required. Simply connect to our network and accept the terms and conditions.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
Pets are not allowed inside the hotel. However, you are welcome to sit with your dog on our terrace or in the brasserie, especially after a walk in the woods next to the hotel.
Until what time can we have dinner?
You can choose from all dinner dishes on our menu until 9:30 PM. Between 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM, we offer a smaller selectioperfect for a quick bite.
